Common questions

What homeowners usually want to know.

Can an old hardwood floor be saved?

Often, yes. The condition of the wear layer, subfloor, moisture and previous repairs all matter. FF Hardwood Flooring can assess whether refinishing, repairs or selective lace-ins make sense before replacement is considered.

Can new hardwood be blended into an existing floor?

Many floors can be laced in using matching dimensions and compatible wood. The entire connected area is then sanded and finished together to create the most natural transition possible.

Do you install engineered hardwood and LVP?

Yes. Services include engineered hardwood and LVP installation, along with transitions, stair details and the preparation required for a clean finished result.
